Sales Representative

Job Purpose

To manage and grow the company’s online sales channel through digital tools, marketing strategies, and customer interactions.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Drive online sales via digital tools

• Identify and convert digital leads into customers

• Build and maintain strong online customer relationships

• Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment

• Analyze digital metrics and report on sales performance

• Manage customer inquiries across all digital channels

• Report weekly/monthly sales progress and trends to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in digital or online sales is a plus

• Basic knowledge of CRM and digital marketing platforms is an advantage

• Strong digital communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with online sales platforms

• Ability to work independently and hit sales targets

• Understanding of digital marketing tools, customer journey and analytics

• Good follow-up and customer service skill
