Job Purpose
To manage and grow the company’s online sales channel through digital tools, marketing strategies, and customer interactions.

Major Areas of Responsibility
Drive online sales via digital tools
Identify and convert digital leads into customers
Build and maintain strong online customer relationships
Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment
Analyze digital metrics and report on sales performance
Manage customer inquiries across all digital channels
Report weekly/monthly sales progress and trends to management
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in digital or online sales is a plus
Basic knowledge of CRM and digital marketing platforms is an advantage
Strong digital communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with online sales platforms
Ability to work independently and hit sales targets
Understanding of digital marketing tools, customer journey and analytics
Good follow-up and customer service skill
